How to register / How to book in

Your registration email must be used in order to schedule an appointment. Next, you select the pet and the needed service. You can select to bring all of your pets during the same appointment time if you have multiple pets.

Here are the services available in the booking software and their meaning :

• Anti-Flea BATH - Cat (If your cat got fleas, choose this service, please)
• Anti-Flea BATH - Dog (If your dog got fleas, choose this service, please)
• Bath/Blow dry + De-shedding/Brush out 
• Cat Grooming - Lion cut Trim ( Body clipped short)
• Cat Grooming - Maintenance grooming + BATH 
• Cat Grooming - Maintenance grooming + NO BATH
• Creative Grooming - PET SAFE COLORS (If you choose creative grooming, it can be done together with Full groom)
• Dog Full Grooming - Small Breed - Body styling, clipping, bath, nail clipping, ear cleaning App 2 Hours
• Dog Full Grooming - Medium Breed - Body styling, clipping, bath, nail clipping, ear cleaning App 2 Hours
• EMMI PET - Ultrasound teeth cleaning ( Dogs that let their teeth be handled) 
• Nagayu SPA Treatment - Skin problems, Hair loss, Itchy skin
• Nail Clipping - CAT (If your cat needs only pawdicure appointment)
• Nail Clipping - RABBIT, GUINEA PIG (If your small animal need only pawdicure appointment)
• Nail Clipping - Dog (If your dog need only pawdicure appointment)
• Puppy package - Warm bath/dry, ear cleaning, nail clipping, scissors trimming, sanitary trim (This service is only for puppies, it does not include full body clipping)
• Rabbit - Maintenance grooming - Nail clipping, De-shedding, Ear cleaning
• Rodents - Guinea Pig - Maintenance grooming - Nail clipping, De-shedding, Ear cleaning
• Rodents - Guinea Pig - Full Groom - Bath/Dry , Nail clipping, De-shedding, Ear cleaning

We may go over every element of what you would like in a groom and what services you need during drop-off. If you would like to add any spa packages, such as Nagayu Spa or Mud Spa, to your full grooming package, you can select the Full Grooming service and notify me at drop-off to add a spa package.

Please remember to mention any behavioural difficulties your pet may have when registering it or when dropping it off. Even the potential for fear-based aggressiveness matters. My hands are very vital because this is my full-time profession, and even a little cat or dog bite could result in an infection and force me to miss two to three weeks of work without pay.
