You can select either SMS or email for appointment reminder.
You can book your appointment anytime, from anywhere—accessible 24/7. I will manually confirm each appointment to ensure the requested service fits into my daily schedule, as some visits, especially cat baths, may require extra time.
Your registration email must be used in order to schedule an appointment. Next, you select the pet and required service. You can select to bring all of your pets during the same appointment time if you have multiple pets. If you have 2 dogs/cats, you will need to look for dates where are available 2 slots. For example 11am and 1,30pm or 1,30pm and 4pm. If there are not available 2 following slots, send me a message please and I will book you in manually.

We may go over every element of what you would like in a groom and what services you need during drop-off. If you would like to add any spa packages, such as Nagayu Spa or Mud Spa, to your full grooming package, you can select the Full Grooming service and notify me at drop-off to add a spa package.
Please remember to mention any behavioural difficulties your pet may have when registering it or when dropping it off. Even the potential for fear-based aggressiveness matters. My hands are very vital because this is my full-time profession, and even a little cat or dog bite could result in an infection and force me to miss two to three weeks of work without pay.
